Dear Mr. Smith:

Michael Clayton reported to me for 15 years while working as a CEO at OCP, he did a capable job in some areas, however, with other facets of her position, especially public finance and oil painting, retraining and supervision were required. I wouldn’t say that he is the best person for the opening position at your company, I suggest that you consider more before accepting Michael.

Ms. Doe’s services were no long needed by our company, though we wish her well in all her future endeavors. We truly do.
